Theatre Structure

The BATS corporate structure is operated by BATS Theatre Ltd, a private company with shares held by supporters, clients companies and individuals. The proceeds from the sale of shares is held in a trust account. The Directors are Simon Bennett, Anna Cameron, Simon Elson, Bev Driscoll, Nicky Saker, Victoria Spackman (chair), and Perry Walker.

The BATS Charitable Trust aims to provide for the long term financial security of BATS with a view to eventually purchasing our current premises, or in some other way securing our future.
