Remember how your family and friends put together embarrassing photos and stories for your 21st? We're doing the same for BATS!

If you have any tall tales we'd love to hear them. And if you have any photos lying about the house, we can scan them in and give them back to you safe and sound.

The great BATS Preening and Cleaning Week!

BATS keeps our prices cheap as chips so you guys can see the freshest work in town. Now, this comes at a bit of a cost for us, which is that we rely on volunteers to help us out with making the Theatre a sweet place to work in and see shows.

Soooo... THIS week (until Friday 30 July) is the great BATS preening week, where we clean, preen, paint, drill, fix and generally make the place better. We’d love it if you could please come help!

The Rumours are True!

Rumours have been rife all through the Theatre industry- Facebook has been running hot, and text messages flying around New Zealand. We can now tell you officially, or confirm that rumour you heard, that Martyn Wood is the new BATS Programme Manager.
